Recreational Program Registration Fee Structure
$180: April 8 – May 8, 2026.
$210: May 9, 2026.
Waitlist: May 30, 2026 and after.
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a recreational sports program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities.

Player Requirement: Program restricting participation to Murrieta Residents
Proof of Birth Requirement: All new MYSL players must upload during sign up their Certified Birth Certificate or U.S. Passport.
Uniforms: Uniforms still will be ordered by parents for each player. However, the cost of the uniforms is included in registration fee; parents pay for direct-to-home shipping. Parents with multiple players should order them at the same time for a single shipping charge. Any orders not placed at the same time will be treated separately and incur separate shipping charges. An email will be sent to all explaining the ordering and shipping process and policies.
Registration Integrity: All applications must be complete and accurate, as incomplete application and/or inaccuracies can lead to rejection and cancellation without notice. Failure to upload a required birth certificate or U.S Passport (new players only) will result in automatic cancellation of the registration.
Requests: Special sibling and play up requests must be emailed to myslreg@gmail.com at sign up.
Important Dates:
Practices: Begin the week of August 17, 2026.
Games: Start Saturday, August 29, 2026 (dates subject to change).
Refunds: Deadline to request a refund is May 8, 2026; fees become
nonrefundable/nontransferable on May 9, 2026.
Practices & Locations: Held at local Murrieta City Parks or Schools; coaches select times and locations.
Scheduling: Players must have an open schedule to practice any weekday between 4 PM and 7 PM.

Mandatory Training: Players turning 18 during the season are required to complete SafeSport training within 5 days of notice.
Information Disclosure: Player registration rules and policies are outlined in the Player Agreement and Disclosure, and serves as a legally binding contract between the participant (or their legal guardian) and Murrieta Youth Soccer League and Calsouth. This document defines the terms of participation, liability waivers, and operational regulations. .
