Teams are required to practice at locations allocated by the City of Murrieta. If you do not have your practice location and times, please contact Todd at myslschedule@gmail.com.

 $70 HEAD COACH REFUND

To receive your $70 refund check all of the following must be done:

1. Complete Risk Management approval

2. Obtain appropriate Grassroots license level (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11)

   • U5-U8 coaches must complete the minimum of grass roots introduction (unless previously taken) plus 4v4 online class; class is approximately 2 hours

   • U10 coaches must complete the minimum of grass roots introduction (unless previously taken) plus 7v7 online class; class is approximately 2 hours

   • U12 coaches must complete the minimum of grass roots introduction (unless previously taken) plus 9v9 online class; class is approximately 2 hours

   • U14-U18 coaches must complete the minimum of grass roots introduction (unless previously taken) plus 11v11 online class; class is approximately 2 hours

       • Grassroots Introduction - free

       • 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11 - free

3. Obtain concussion certificate

4. Obtain Safesport certificate

5. Submit ALL signed coaches forms
